What we do

Forth Environment Link works across the Forth Valley, engaging communities in a range of environmental, educational, health and food related initiatives.  Our vision is to link people and the environment for a greener, healthier future. 

 We work with others on environmental and food issues to:

  • Encourage and support involvement, learning and practical action
  • Educate and raise awareness
  • Create and develop new ideas


Main Activities

Development of the Grow Forth local food network

Hosting of the Cycle Stirling network

Regeneration of Forth Valley orchards, including grant scheme, community capacity building and support to schools

Community awareness raising of waste reduction initiatives through the Zero Waste Scotland volunteer scheme

Outdoor learning and environmental education workshops
